Citations

You cite sources by writing the author, then the chapters used with quotations, then the title. After the period write the place it was published, then the publishing company, and when it was published. Then write the pages used.

I'm using the National Bureau of Economic Research.
I know that it's valid because it's supporting other evidence I've learned. It's reliable because it's a government source and is reviewed by people. I don't know for a fact that it's accurate, but it's backed up by many sources and statistics.
